Acid FeCl 3waste water recycling by MD concentration
20000 t/y of acid waste water with 18~22% of FeCl 2is produced from a metal processing manufacturer in Shandong province and needs to be treated by CaO neutroalization which consumes large amount of CaO and produces large amount of soild harzad waste. The cost of waste water treatment is very high. After adopting CSRE MD to concentrate acid waste water, the reagent cost is substantially saved; FeCl 2concentration was concentrated to above 38%, which can be sold as coagulant after converting to FeCl 3. The technology brought 3.6 Million CNY revenue to Client.
